If you need to log out of your phone, you can do so through the Communications Portal. This is commonly used when changing devices, working from a different location, or troubleshooting registration issues.

Step 1: Sign in to the Communications Portal
Open a web browser and navigate to the Communications Portal (https://home.gazl.co/)
Sign in using your number and PIN.
If you are unsure of your login details, our support team can help you reset them.

Step 2: Locate the Groups Section on the main screen.
Once logged in, navigate to your Groups section.
  2. Select Logout
Step 3: Confirm the Phone Status
After logging out, the status should display logged out.

You can log back in at any time through the portal, when you're ready to login again.Â
Kindly note that the changes are immediately reflected and any new calls will be handled with the logged-out behaviors. Any calls in queue will remain in queue until they are answered or time out to their no answer destination. E.g. Voice Mail or Auto Attendant.Â
