How to Record Your Voicemail Greeting

You've got this amazing new telephone service from Gazelle and you want to set your brand and mark on the world.  You're getting calls but there's only one of you to answer these calls.  Sometimes calls will have to go your voicemail and that's understandable. 

Setting up your voicemail greeting isn't tough at all.  Just follow these simple instructions to get started:

If you're at your desk with a Gazelle provided phone:

1. If you're at your desk with a Gazelle provided phone, pick up your handset and dial *98 or if there is a "Vmail" key on your phone press that key
2. The system will ask for your PIN - enter the PIN provided by your Gazelle rep
   1. If you don't have your PIN, give us a shout at support@gazl.co and we can get a new one for you easily
3. Press 3 to enter the "Greetings" menu
4. Select the greeting you would like to modify
   1. Some users have different greeting options based on the plans they've purchased
5. From there, simply follow the prompts to record your new greeting and to make it active.

If you're not at your desk with a Gazelle provided phone or do not have a Gazelle phone:

1. From any phone in North America, dial (833) 549-0090
2. The system will ask for your phone number - enter the phone number for your line itself that was provided by your Gazelle rep
3. The system will ask for your PIN - enter the PIN provided by your Gazelle rep
   1. If you don't have your PIN, give us a shout at support@gazl.co and we can get a new one for you easily
4. Press 3 to enter the "Greetings" menu
5. Select the greeting you would like to modify
   1. Some users have different greeting options based on the plans they've purchased
6. From there, simply follow the prompts to record your new greeting and to make it active.
