How to adjust your audio levels and set your headset/microphone in Genesys

1. Login into Genesys and click on your profile icon.

2. Click "Preferences"

3. Make sure both "allow pop-up notifications" and "show pop-up notifications".
After click on sound.

4. click where it says "system default"

5. Click on the headset you have plugged in. At this step too you can adjust audio levels.
