988 Canada - How to log into Genesys PureCloud from the 988 Portal

1. When you are logged into the 988 Portal, click on the Genesys PureCloud button on the bottom right (or the Link in the menu bar):

2. Click on "More Login Options" :

3. Enter 988canada and click Next:

4. Click on the Microsoft logo at the bottom:

5. You are now logged into Genesys PureCloud
