- Login to Genesys and Click the Interactions button.
- At the top of the Interactions panel, click start a conversation.
- Select "Make a call" and begin typing the name of a queue in the "On Behalf of Queue" box to choose an available queue. From the suggested list, select the queue you want to call on behalf of. In the "Enter Names and Numbers" field, type the name of the person you want to call and select them from the suggestions, or type the phone number and press Enter. To start the call, click the green Call button.
