1. Login to Genesys and check that the call icon on the left sidebar if it isn’t highlighted in red. If it is red, Click it.
2. Click the Phone details icon on the calls panel. The Phone Details panel opens.
3. Under Your device for calls Click “Select Phone”
4. Search the webRTC phone, the phone will be listed as the users first and last name
Alert! In the case no phone can be found. Email Gazelle and and let them know you are unable to select a webRTC phone. They will create one for you.
5. Once the phone is selected, the Icon will change from red to white.
